Combination sanding head can be operated in three (3) modes: platen up, platen level with the drum, or platen down.
Advanced pneumatic belt tracking system, ensures trouble-free operation, and longer sanding belt life.
Large hand wheel adjusts conveyor table height,micro-adjustment to 0.5 mm.
All machine controls are conveniently grouped together on a front-mounted control panel. Large, clearly identified buttons simplify set-up and start-up.
Belt tension is maintained by constant air pressure.
A disk brake stops the sander conveyor instantly.
Safety limit switches immediately stop the machine if the sanding belt runs off track.
