Precision cutting system
Precision-machined, steel cutter head, mounted on 2 double row ball bearings connected to a belt driven variable speed pulley (see B for further details). Corrugated, sectional 3 1/2" in-feed roller allows several pieces to be fed at the same time. Setscrews and helical springs maintain roller tension. Micro-adjust pressure bar maintains even pressure on the stock for uniform planing. High-quality, sectional chip breaker. Anti-kickback system eliminates risk of kickback.

Chain and belt feed system
Feed rate is controlled from a front mounted hand wheel connected to a chain & gear system to the feed rollers. A counterbalanced foot pedal stops the feed immediately should stock jam the cutter head.
