One-piece, top-quality machined steel cutter head, mounted on 2 sealed, permanently lubricated bearings. Knives are secured by a knife-locking bar and locking screws. Adjustment screws make knife alignment quick and easy.
The tables are secured to the frame on adjustable gibs making adjustments easy.
Precision-machined rabbeting ledge in the out-feed table.
Powerful North American designed, totally enclosed, fan cooled industrial motor with a dynamically balanced cast-iron pulley and V-belt driven cutter head.
One-piece, cold formed,welded steel cabinet.
Built-in 4” dust collection outlet.
Large hinged door provides access for belt tension adjustment and maintenance.
