Handwheel controlled rack & pinion front to back table adjustment with stops to limit travel.
A threaded shaft with lever controls lateral table movement and a threaded shaft and helical gearing raises and lowers the table.
Adjustable quick-clamp holds the work on the table. 45º right or left tilt for angled mortising.
Removable fence featuring vertical adjustment.
Head mechanism slides on guideways with adjustable gibs. The motor is mounted on the cast-iron head and runs a blower to remove chips and dust. A depth gauge limits head travel for accurate mortising depth. 2 position foot pedal activates head movement.
