Balanced cast wheels
Precision-machined, dynamically balanced, rubber laminated, cast-iron wheels for smooth, vibration-free operation. Upper wheel mounted on 2 permanently lubricated, sealed bearings. Graduated indicator shows the correct blade tension required for different blade widths. Spring-loaded mechanism for easy tension adjustments.

Access door and foot brake
Large lower door for access to the wheel system for maintenance and cleaning. A brush keeps the belt clean to eliminate obstructions between the wheel and blade. Foot brake for quick blade stoppage after machine shut-off.
